Sofia Laurent

Sofia Laurent leads Elite Realty's Mediterranean desk from Marbella, advising private clients on villas and estates in Nueva Andalucía, Sierra Blanca and the Golden Mile, and working alongside the island team in Ibiza.

She came to property from architecture, and it still shapes the way she works. Before a client visits, Sofia reads the plans, the orientation and the construction of a house as carefully as its price, so that every recommendation comes with a clear view of a property's potential and its limitations.

Much of her work is private search for international families buying a second or third home: finding houses that are not on the open market, arranging confidential viewings, and coordinating lawyers, architects and surveyors so that a purchase in Spain proceeds with clarity. For sellers, she prepares each instruction with the same care, from accurate plans and photography to a considered marketing approach.
