Sofia Marchetti

Sofia Marchetti leads Elite Realty's Private Office, which handles country estates, châteaux and confidential sales across all of the agency's markets.

Some properties call for a particularly discreet approach: historic estates, homes held within a family for generations, or sales that owners prefer not to announce publicly. Sofia works with a small number of these instructions at any one time, introducing them privately to buyers whose requirements are already well understood, and arranging viewings with care.

Her clients are often families with interests in several countries, and she coordinates advisors across Brussels, London and the Mediterranean so that a search or a sale is handled as a single, well-managed project. She is equally at home discussing the upkeep of a moated château and the logistics of an international move.

Sofia works in Italian, English and French, and is based in Brussels.
